The Jumpseat Leadership team specializes in partnering with organizations to make history-making outcomes possible. We do that by enabling people to connect to what is deeply important to them at a human level (their commitment), and use that energy to make a history-making outcome a possibility. Jumpseat Leadership takes time and investment - it is not an overnight process. Our approach is to work at all levels in the organization. At the most senior level, we transfer the skills needed to enable managers to feel comfortable creating the space for others to step-up and lead, and gradually begin to take a step back. This creates the opportunity for the capacity for leadership to grow within the organization, with the benefit of those at the top being able to take on a more strategic role. At the same time, we support those more junior in the organization by equipping them with the skills to lead.

Our work includes one-to-one executive coaching, keynotes that inspire a mass shift in thinking, to stand-alone workshops, and comprehensive long-term partnerships.
Delivery can be for a small executive team, through to highly interactive sessions for up to 3000 people simultaneously – in person or, when needed, via video-conference or broadcast from professional TV studios in the UK.
We have delivered in over 90 countries, predominantly in English, but also using simultaneous or consecutive translation.
Whatever form of delivery our work takes, our aim is to build capability within the client organization, with an option to train and equip in-house facilitators to deliver Jumpseat Leadership development over the longer term.

Keynotes
In our fast paced 30, 45, 60 and 90 minute keynotes, Peter Docker, author of Leading from the Jumpseat, co-author of Find Your Why, and formerly a founding Igniter at Simon Sinek Inc., will take inspirational concepts from his book and turn them into practical application.​
